"The pick up instructions were ambiguous as we were arriving on a flight and the instruction said the driver would meet us in the arrivals area. However the driver thought we should have been at the meet and greet area. I suggest you state one option for pick up and that this be to meet the client in the arrivals area so if the customer had lots of luggage the driver can assist.
